Before the COVID-19 pandemic, The European Union and China trades were over $1.6 billion per day on an average. So China has hit back and squeezed The European Union hard to change its report at the end moment before being published publicly.
The delay and then the rewriting of the report under pressure is a process of adulterine to divert the focus from its major trading partner — China. The initial European Union report adduces how Beijing put the efforts in reducing the mentions of the origin of the virus in China, and a part of it blames the United States for an intentional spread of the disease. It mentions about Beijing being responsible for criticizing France and point out the efforts taken by the Russian to promote false health information. The initial report reads “China has continued to run a global disinformation campaign to deflect blame for the outbreak of the pandemic and improve its international image,” the initial report said. “Both overt and covert tactics have been observed.”
But as China has always been the role model in blocking and silencing things- “The Ultimate Silencer” and this time also it did not hesitate to move forward and block the document’s release.
The European Union has pulled back the document and replaced some sentences with the so-called milder ones.
China has been working hard in a way that anyone possibly can think about.
