As the death toll in the U.S crossed 41,000 due to coronavirus and more than 764,000 has now been infected, highest in the world, The U.S. decided to launch a probe to investigate the Wuhan lab of virology in China. However, China on Monday refused to allow an American team into Wuhan for investigation on the origin of the SARS-CoV-2. Also, China rejected the Australian government's demand for an international inquiry on the same.
In a demand for justice, the UK also joins the rest of the countries and demands for a thorough investigation. At the same time, many of the European countries are rejecting Chinese-made medical equipment because of its poor quality.
Interestingly, Russia supported China, not surprising though since both the country dominates its citizens from speaking publicly, where the freedom of speech has always been crushed down. Earlier, Russia was kicked out of the 2020 Olympic game because of the charges of drug use by the athletes, cheating. The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) charged Russia when a whistleblower revealed, how the government cheats and bypasses a drug test.
